Meet Cheri

Cheri Williams has been helping individuals leverage home equity since 2006. She helps older adults and their families to understand reverse mortgages and how they can address an array of financial needs. Cheri specializes in Reverse Mortgages for Purchase and focuses on retirees who want to downsize, increase purchasing power, reduce monthly expenses and preserve cash assets. Cheri’s office is located in Mount Pleasant, SC, but she is equipped to serve homeowners throughout the state of South Carolina.

Financial decisions can be daunting, especially for aging adults. As such, Cheri is a passionate advocate for education. She served as Chair of the Education Initiative for the Greater Charleston Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council for several years and provided educational presentations about “aging in place” and appropriate planning.

Cheri has a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Kansas University and completed master’s program coursework at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs in clinical psychology. She became a Reverse Mortgage Specialist in 2006 and joined the Success Mortgage Partners Reverse Mortgage organization in 2012.
